Mat classes for all levels, combining Pilates & Stretch technique into a dynamic and enjoyable way of conditioning your body, improve your posture and de-stress. Known for our friendly and personable approach, we conduct our classes in small groups to promote greater learning and interaction between our instructors and clients. Aretha Marques - Director

Aretha Marques started dancing as soon as she started to walk and she has not stopped since. She has been teaching Dance for over 15 years. During her college years she experienced a serious knee injury leading to an operation and many months of rehabilitation. Unhappy with the slow recovery she researched different methods of exercise and luckily experimented Pilates.  After her full recovery she returned to dancing and teaching but was intrigued about the posture issues that caused her knee injury so she decided to study further and became STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. Since then, correcting and working on her own posture and her clients became a passion. Always eager to learn, Aretha regularly attends STOTT PILATES® workshops to make sure her knowledge is always up-to-date.
