This class offers a comprehensive full body workout for a mixed ability group. The pace of the exercises will be adjusted to the needs of the group, but more advanced students will be given more difficult versions to practice, whilst beginners will have full explanations and illustrations to follow. Safety in all postures will be paramount and alterations of the postures will be shown to those with specific injuries to watch.


An introduction to the Pilates method of exercise that will help you to develop body awareness and ease of movement. 


An ideal class for those who have done Pilates before and understands the basic principles. You will learn the Essential repertoire plus some diverse modifications.


After mastering the essential repertoire, you will take your knowledge and body to the next level with a more challenging workout. Make sure your core strength is in shape before attending this class.


Mat class for moms and their new babies!

Focusing on mindful movement to help reclaim posture and build stamina.
This should be the first movement class you take postnatal to ensure you are using proper alignment and movement patterns for other physical activities and in your daily routines.

The class is suitable for babies from 8 weeks up to crawling.

Pilates is ideally suited to both the desk bound workers and to those workers who spend hours standing. Pilates helps to realign the body, thereby reducing posture-related backache and tension in the shoulders.

Pilates & Stretch provides courses in your workplace. Your employees will learn about good posture and improve their body awareness. It’s very simple; book a 6 session’s trial course today! The company only needs to provide a room and a sound system, the clients will need to bring their own mat and the instructor will bring the flex bands. The sessions can be arranged for before/after work or during lunch breaks.
